Introduction: Today, organizational affairs have been considered as a global concept in human resource management and organizational development, and promotion is the key to the success of any organization's management. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment among Guilan emergency personnel.
Objective: The present survey aims to investigate the relationship between job career quality and organizational commitment among employees of this organization
Materials and Methods: The present analytical study is performed in a cross-sectional form during the year 2016 in Guilan's Center of Event Management and Medical Emergencies. Population consisted of all employees in the center and other branches and agencies in entire province (425 individuals)of whom 201were selected as Morgan sample. Statistical relationships were determined through Spearman and Pearson's correlation coefficient (in the significance level of 0.05) and SPSS19 was used to perform statistical analysis.
Results: Among the factors of quality of work life, the component of the chance of growth, and social dependence, the highest average of) 3.24( and the component of fair payment (salary and material benefits) had the lowest average (2.17).
Conclusion: Emphasizing participation aspects and fostering employees' skills is a key to improve job career quality and organizational commitment in Center of Medical Emergencies. In doing so, the commitment of employees is expected to enhance.
