Prevalence of some types of disease and age „sex ratio of it has shown differnces geographically. In an attempt to detect a clear picture of disease in Guilan province ,assessments of 110 cases both clinically and histologically showed female predominance (54/5% to 45/5%) and 45% of all cases were of 40-60 years old age . In the fifth decade ,prevalence of disease in females was a half of that in males and in the sixth decade ,2/5 times more than males. There was no disease in the first decade of life .
