Dietary protein restriction did not inhibit the capacity of these mice to elicit memory response to SRBC ,but in contrast with control groups it markedly showed decrease of IgG response in protein deficient mice during both primary and Secondary response. Some mechanisms which may explain the differences are the effect of protein restriction on the switching IgM producing cells to IgG and effect on B cells and T cells or Cooperating in the immune response and regulatory function. %> http://journal.gums.ac.ir/article-1-1937-en.pdf %P 7-11 %& 7 %! %9 Research %L A-10-1-286 %+ %G eng %@ 2383-4307 %[ 1996
