Most cases are asymptomatic, but occasionally Renal Angiomyolipoma becomes evident as massive retroperitoneal hemorrhage. Case Report: In this case report a 30-years- old woman is presented with flank pain, RLQ pain and hypotension. Abdominal CT scan showed massive retroperitoneal hemorrhage with a Giant Renal Angiomyolipuma. Patient was operated and was seen a huge mass with massive perirenal hematoma, En-bloc resection of tumor with Rt. nephrectomy was done. Pathological study revealed Renal Angimyolipoma.
