ABSTRACT
In this investigation, evaluation of effect of IFC in the treatment of SUI was carried out in profilometric studies and clinical findings were obtained. These parameters consist of maximal urethra closure pressure at rest and urethral pressure during increased intraabdominal pressure. Thirty- five females with SUI were evaluated, and profilometric test before and after therapy was performed. Patients were treated for 12 sessions of 15 minutes by IFC. A significant change was noted (p<0.01) with therapy, 21 (60%) had complete cure, 11 (31.43%) showed improvement and 3 (8.67%) felt no change.
