ABSTRACT
Dermatomyositis is a systemic disease that involves many organs and is characterized by low-grade fever , fatigue anorexy, a typical skin rash , muscular weakness and pain . It rarely begins before the age of 2 years. The diagnosis of dermatomyositis is based on 5 criteria . At present article, we reported a 1.5 year-old girl with inability to walking , indurated muscles and skin rashes. After laboratory studies, she was treated with corticosteroid IVIg and she was discharged with relative improvement.
