ABSTRACT:
 One of the rarest types of ectopic pregnancy is abdominal form which has a high mortality and morbidity rate .An abnormal case of abdominal form is presented in this article .
The patient is a 30-year-old multi - parous Afganian refugee who had a history of three previous normal pregnancies and deliveries .The Fourth Pregnancy, however , had been terminated by a piece of shrapnel.
The 5th pregnancy was associated with lower abdominal pain and subocclusion symptoms. This case was diagnosed as an ectopic pregnancy which was confirmed by ultrasound and radiography . In Laparatomy a loop of terminal ileum containing fetal bones was observed .It was attached to pelvic bone Stracture. These bones were resected and necessery anastomosis was performed . The patient made complete recovery
