SUMMARY:
Kawasaki is an acute multisystemic disease affecting Predominantly. Children below 4 years of age. Having a Self- limited Course, it often Presents as Vasculitis. The Principal Complications are Stomatitis, conjunctivitis.
Lymphadenopathy, Skin rashes as well as involvment of cardiovascular, alimentary and nervous system. In this article we report the First case of Kawasaki Disease in a five year-old boy admitted to the children Medical Center
