The mean score of ejaculation and erection had a positive and significant correlation with the maen score of sexual satisfaction (respectively, r=0.189 P<0.001 and r=0.231 P<0.001). 17.1% of the elderly had erectile dysfunction. Age, length of married life and age gap with spouse were related to the mean score of erection and ejaculation (P<0.001). Place of residence and occupation had a significant relationship with the mean erection score (P<0.001). Occupation, income and length of married life had a significant relationship with sexual satisfaction (P<0.001). Physical and medical illness and drug use had a significant relationship with the mean erection score (P<0.001), but it had no relationship with the mean ejaculation score and sexual satisfaction.
