Abstract
Introduction: Organizational trauma theory is one of the latest topics in the organizational field which examines the impact of mental and emotional modes on the organization,  individual and organizational performance. Any organization with specific features is subject to a different organizational trauma. Extracting this kind of trauma is a constructive help in managing the organization more correctly.
Objective: To examine the individual consequences of an organizational trauma in a health service provider unit.
Materials and Methods: This is an applied and descriptive study and has been conducted by survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 200 personnel of a public health service provider in the northern region of Iran. Random sampling method was used. The questionnaire based on Likert spectrum was used in order to collect data. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze research data through statistical tests.
Results: In the first step it was determined the investigated organization is traumatized. Then, the research hypotheses on the effect of traumatic organization on the variables examined were confirmed.
Conclusion: In the research, it was revealed that the organization under investigation in the dimensions of existence, depression, fear and anger in the staff section the outbreak of stress and anxiety in the organization section, Intra-organizational relationships, trauma is struck. And in the dimension of organizational identity reduction, there is a short distance with the range of trauma.
