Background: We must accept that a large part of our Aryans' (literary) treasures are left over from ancient times. We are not only obliged to respect these ancient works, but also to dig deep into them and illuminate their dark corners in order to motivate and give identity to the country's researchers.
Objective: The present study was conducted to review the medical poems in the manuscript of "Masnavi Sadriyeh" by Ali Akbar Hamadani.
Methods: There fore, frstly, the materals from ancient medical sorces and works of other writers and poets are given in each case, followed the hamedanis works that cited the matter or similar subject in his poems.
Results: examining the poems of Masnavi Sadriyeh, indicated that out of 2766 verses, about 79 verses are about medicine; Most of them refer to the function of body parts such as: eyes, eyelashes, teeth, throat and nose, nose (meaning brain), larynx, five powers, liver, lungs, etc.
Conclusion:Due to the exceptional features in various sciences, the manuscript of the masnavi of sadriyeh by ali akbar Hamadanihas an orderly structure with the content and centrality of mystic, historical, and medical sciences poems, has been able to reflect favorably on the connehion between historical and religious themes and present the science (medicine) of his age (The era of constitutionalism).
